During the challenging times of lockdown in 2020, Jade originated JD’s Hot Honey Original. Her newfound love for home-cooked Neapolitan pizza with her husband inspired the inception of this flavourful honey. Recognizing that the traditional pairing of sweet chili and hot sauces with pizza wasn’t meeting their culinary expectations, Jade embarked on a mission to enhance the pizza experience.
